Hi guys, sorry for my bad english. Is it possible to search treads by using key words, tags and filters at the same time ? In order to make the search the more accurate possible. Thanks !

Actually, there is a little-known work around for what you want:
1) Go to the Search Forums page.
2) Check the 'Search titles only' box below the Keywords bar.
3) The Keywords search will now include tags in your search (including the other filters). So, just type all the tags you are searching for and use the other filters to narrow your parameters.
One caveat, though. This search will also find titles with tag words, but it's minimal.
