I really like it in games where there is some sort of marriage involved, not just as an ending but just something that happens in the game. It doesn't even have to be official or a normal marriage, just a marriage.
For example, if you've played any MIEL games, there is usually a sort of wedding with the girl/s, but that's usually just them agreeing to become your slave, which I'm perfectly okay with. There is also college days where, though there is no wedding, they do agree to become your wives.
I'd prefer harem, where you can marry all the girls.
Also big plus if there is incest. where you can marry family members.
