You play a lot of tennis actually, especially if you want to unlock everything. It's not a simulator, more arcade feel, but it's a very fun little game imo.
The story doesn't take itself seriously (you play as an ugly bastard named Mol Ester), so that might be a turnoff, YMMV.

God the girls are hot... Shame it's an ugly bastard game. Could have been a funny twist if he was actually a decent person and molesting them was legitimately the best way to improve their tennis skills. It's fairly comedic anyway (at least from what others said.)
I will still play it eventually though. They're really hot.
