Last time I played this game the latest content was i think widows masturbation scene and really liked it and decided to let updates stack for a while before picking it back up and apparently all the names are changed due to copyright, will this ever be changed?

We're currently testing name changing feature, that would allow players to swap any character's name on the fly, or at least through the menu. If it won't break the entire game completely, we are planning to ship it with one of the upcoming patches.
