Genuinely so confused on how to progress with Blair at the moment as a new player. It says I need to be in the library in her dreamscape but there isn’t one there and going to the library in the real world does nothing either

Here are maps for most of the dreamscapes. Spoilers, of course.
I kept getting lost in Kiara's mindscape, so I ended up making maps for all the levels so I knew where I was. Figured I should share them here with y'all.

Note that the maps are pretty spoiler-y vis a vis puzzle solutions, but they should be accurate for the most part. Lemme know if I forgot something.

(Also I know Prism's map is kind of visually noisy and messy, but that's because there's a lot going on in that level so gimme a break)

edit: updated Blaire's map to its new directional-based layout for 2.35c. Prism and Kiara should still be accurate. (still gotta add the location of the new Blaire scenes once I figure out how to unlock them lol)
edit2: updated Blaire's map (again) with the fantasy/nightmare requirements and fixed wrong reqirements for her lvl2 bond. Also I did something to Kiara's map but I don't remember what it was sooooooo. I'll update Prism's map in a few days once I finish this second playthrough. Also also made map images bigger and changed font to sans-serif
edit3: all maps updated to v3.0d.
edit4: Added maps for Nayika (not really nessecary) and Liane (much more nessecary). Up-to date as of v3.2a
edit5: Nayika's map updated for v3.3d
edit6: Liane's map updated for v3.4
edit7: Nayika's map updated for v3.5

Looking forward to this one.

Firefox flagged the GoFile download as malware. Didn't try the others.

Is there still a cheat mode? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I haven't played in a while and have to start from the beginning since my years old save is long gone.

Thanks.

I dunno about a cheat mode, but as an HTML game you can always edit it the same way as any other HTML game. Press F12, then in the console type SugarCube.State.active.variables.X, where X is whatever variable you want to edit, then set it equal to whatever value you want.

It's in alternate starts. Begin -> Alternate starts at the bottom. Check the box for debug menus. You can't start at the very very beginning this way, though, so maybe read through the intro first, then restart.

This game so badly needs a walkthrough it's ridiculous. Can't even get through the "high school" dream, let alone the rest.

Go to the Mental Lounge, ask Cerebralite what you're supposed to do for each girl. There's never really been a moment while following along with it that I've been confused on what to do next.

For those that are beginning, the lounge is a construct on the left column. You can reach it instantly after crafting it, but at the start of the game, the only way to reach Celebralite is to sleep.

It's not about being confused about what to do. It's about DOING it. I cannot figure out that library timed thing in the dream. Things like that.
