This isn't much of a game, let alone a simulator, but a 3D animation displayer.
You find yourself in the very scene on a rainy path you see in the preview pics, have some unexplained buttons with only partly translated Japanese texts, where you can change the appearance of the girl you see (hair color, clothing). What makes this "cosplay" is that you can make her look like Nier Automata's 2B.
Then you can choose animations - idle animations of different kinds, or sex animations with various monsters - the latter either individually or in continuation. You can move around a bit and change the camera angle.
That's it.
The animations are of the quality you see in the previews, you can move around to get a better view. If you choose to view the whole animation sequence the transitions are pretty bad, the rest, well, it works.
2 stars because it doesn't crash or bug and does what it wants to do, but no more since it just isn't a game.
