Acquiring a porn license?

Hello fellow gamers

So I had this idea in my head for quite some time now, to actually develop a real porn html game, like some others have done before me. I have to say that I really enjoy these kind of games, and I think it is one of the easiest engines to actually get started with. During my thought process I also asked myself where to get the porn from that you will see in these games. Well it is most likely that everyone who has done such a game in the past went to the internet and ripped off everything they thought would fit in their game, not acquiring any kind of license or approval to use this material.

To top it of most of these developers are also actually on patreon and I thought to myself: "Isn`t that a very dangerous activity? You are not only stealing the property of others, but you are also making money with it?" Now don`t get me wrong I know that this is F95zone and I`m not the one to complain here. I`m enjoying these games, too and I couldn`t care less for how much money a developer does or how much content he or she stole but I asked myself is it even possible to acquire a porn license of some sort? When I tried to google it I mostly found search results about the upcoming great britain porn blocking thing and I think one person who hosted a porn site who talked about his experience about a site owner. So basically I was right where I started.

I never thought that it would be so hard to find information about that subject. So I`m asking you if you ever thought about the same or know some people who have actually acquired such a license. Is it even possible as some random dude from the internet?

Note: Due to the rest of your post, I assume that you talk about games using stolen photographs, movies or drawing.

I never thought that it would be so hard to find information about that subject.
Well, it's always really difficult to find information about none existing things.
If you want to do such games legally, what you need to do is to contact the rights owner of each photography, movie or drawing you'll use, and buy the right to use it. But you need to understand that it will cost you a lot. From few dollars, for a drawing made by an unknown artist, to more than $10.000 for a photo set of a known model. If you want photographs and not drawing, it's reasonable to assume that you'll have to spend at least $100 by photographs you'll use.
Also note that the said rights owner can simply refuse to sell you the right to use his content. Like he can ask, as payment or as complement, for a share of your earning, or for a fixed commission for each game sold.

I use real porn images/videos in my games, for several reasons. But I am sure to not collect any income whatsoever on the projects. It's half fear and the other half knowing that I would rather the people in the images get money over me. If I was ever given a dmca or whatever I would fold and delete everything immediately; especially because I'd rather my name not be in a porno lawsuit.

I have been curious if an actress ever stumbled upon my game if she would be flattered or furious that she was in one of my games. I've told myself that using 10-20 second clips of them wouldn't draw too much ire, but then again I haven't the slightest clue what goes into making a porn/what its like to be in that world where 95% of people steal your content.

Often times the patreon/other fundraising methods with stolen content are done with the owners not living in the USA, which makes prosecuting them borderline impossible. Especially if they live in someplace like Russia, China, or South America somewhere. Then there's also that for whatever reason porn studios/owners/actors choose not to act on it.

But yeah, I don't know how projects like The Company or any of the SelectaCorp games do what they do.
