I patiently waiting for months now, i can wait a week or two more. I rather play a bugfree version later, than earlier with annoying/even gamebreaking bugs. So, take your time good sir!
I am looking forward to release because I find Anime girls more beatiful then 3D women.
Generations Update Progress Report 27:
Update time again.
Well as you can see there isn't a release here... *sigh*
Regardless though I have been going through and fixing things and making corrections so that everything works smoothly for players new and old.
With regards to old players, because of major restructuring that has gone on under the hood I had to change the way old saves will be handled.
I also recommend that you use a save that is already back at your base (Main Encampment), although I should have made the quest checks robust enough that you could do it from even in the middle of a quest... but better safe than sorry.
Now instead of loading in and getting the notes and then continuing into the game, the data for the save you load will instead be extracted out and you will be shown a screen with an 'Exit' button. Once you go back to the title screen, you need to start a new game and the data that has been exported will be detected and you will be asked if you want to import that data or not.
Once you choose to import the data you will get an in-game introduction with a chance to review the release notes and make a decision regarding generating daughters immediately based upon the count each matron currently has (up to 20) or skipping that and just starting fresh (counter does not reset).
When you are finished with that you will be then sent to your base (Main Encampment), starting the day fresh with full action points based upon the game difficulty.
Aside from this I have been working through doing a more thorough proofreading of the new systems (Generation/Encounter) and only have the Encounters text left to go through.
So I will be working on that and play testing the game and making other corrections as necessary, I hope that it will be on or before the 11th when I can get the release, but no promises... sorry.
Here are the more accurate notes of what is coming in this update though.

It's done... finally.

So where do we go from here?
Well for now my plan is to let everyone try it and any errors reported will be compiled and fixed every Thursday with a patch of just the code folder and a reupload of a pre-patched version on Friday.
After a couple of weeks of seeing how everything is going I will release a Mac version and in a month or so I will try and get an android version together... I don't want to make an android version multiple times... they are no fun to compile.
Also while this is going on I will fit in writing the guide on the steps necessary to add to the pool of generated daughters and encounters.
Everyone enjoy the update and try not to break it to much.

Epadder There's a bug with Freya (Ancient battlefield); when you try to recruit her, it leads to the sex scene, then the profile, but you can't get out of it (there are only 3 buttons: Stats, Bedroom, and Memories).
Edit: Found a 'fix' in that you need to interact with one of the matrons first.
Edit2: Seems the bunny/lupa event is also bugged; in that after beating the cursed beings, the girl ends up dead a couple of weeks later, though that could just be that I didn't get to her next week or something. Edit: Seems it only happens if I get Freia before her.

Pre-Elven update, the focus of this release was to put all the generated daughter characters in.
Freia is for sure fixed now... didn't try to get her first without going into the camp so didn't realize it could bug.. will send you back to the Home part of the main encampment instead of the interaction screen.
I found a possible cause, but also fixed a more likely route... the quest flag was close to the old 'death' flag and may be a deep part of the code is intercepting that.
If it's the first reason, then don't trigger the game to reload before you finish her quest. Until I get the new version up.

Glancing a bit at the features on the first post (only glancing, so I don't completely spoil myself), it looks like you've definitely made some substantive changes beyond translating it to Ren'py and changing the photos for drawings!
Since you're making this your own, I wonder. For me, I'd sorta like to remain the only male in the world (somehow), as it feeds right into my fetish fantasies. In your vision of the game, will you be keeping Beornwahl's original storyline to make it possible for males to be born again, or altering that?
edit: I'm probably stupid, but how do I save a game? edit 2, yes I'm stupid, just right-click to open menu.
Also, whenever I go to the Treeline and click Simple Mats, I get 100 xp but no Simple Mats. What am I doing wrong? edit 3: I'm double stupid, it says I don't have enough wood. The log messages scroll by so quickly and are tiny, so I miss them a lot.

Some suggestions:
1. When you fight with one enemy it doesn't auto select. I think, it'd be better with auto selection, witout clicking everytime.
2. If you take quest from sphinx and forget it (find tools), you need some reminder. Imo, better to add some quest text(find tools) in sphinx phrase.

The birth of other males isn't really a consideration until the 'end' really... and wouldn't ever be the world you would play in... the theoretical time of the 'ending' is just the end of the journey once you decide to stop playing. Most of the ending scenarios I have in my head would have you set the world back on it's intended course.

just got an error when the game try to call a file in a folder, the folder being "nambi/nam11/nam11 FTS" which doesn't exist.
How do I download the fixes? Is there a way without redownloading all the assets and stuff?Fixed.
But gee I told you guys not to break things.
I'm compiling everything as it comes up until the 17th and will have to release a new version on the 18th.
If the errors were just logic in the code I would release just the code folder, but there are errors with some of the images that might lead to more trouble if I had a small patch.
So this time just going to upload a pre-patched version then.
I figure giving about a week should hopefully shake out the worst bugs and if anything else comes up in the future. For those comfortable with doing it, I'll provide a small patch which is just replacing the folder with the code in it.

Just finished getting all the Matrons. I really enjoyed this update even though i dislike the censorship which i know can't be helped. The relationship gain with the daughters did not feel repetitive given the various ways to gain. Are there plans for the main character to eh, show love, to daughters of non-human races too or did i miss a place to go to find them?
I would like to implement something for them... I don't know exactly what is going to happen with that yet. It just took so long to get just the human side of things together.
The availability of monster-girls to the same standard as humans is also a big issue.
