Adding Sound to video to play simultaneously

Hello, I'm learning Renpy to develop a VN. but I am stuck at a point. I have a video that plays, but I would like to have a sound effect to play at the exzact time the video plays. Is there a way to get Renpy to play them both at the same time.

Every time I try to play the sound effect, it is either played before the video or after.

Any help would be greatly apriciated.

You're better off editing the video to add the sound effects:

You must be registered to see the links

and then you can encode the video using Webm vp9 codecs.
There are more free video editors out there but Openshot is pretty straight forward.
