It's a fun start, the character art is beautiful. Dancing friend seems very sweet, practicing with her was interesting (though you don't recover health after combat unless you skip a day of practice, which seems like an oversight). I'd say the mansion's maps are a little too heavy with fast pursuing (and respawning) enemies, especially since there's no way to heal between battles. And with some rng on their side, one random mob of three can gang up on a character and kill them right away. Making it impossible to win. Running's not guaranteed (or even likely) to work against the mobs, either. And leveling's very slow. So the mobs are just a real pain to deal with in general. To balance that...I'd suggest not having mobs in the first place. Because they don't add anything fun to begin with. But if they must be there, try to make sure they can at least be dispatched more reliably. And that there's some way to heal outside of combat, especially before something like a boss.

this game is absolutely retarded. enemies respawn each time you visit a room, but your party members don't revive, nor is there a way to revive or heal them, and each battle is quite hard on its own. not to mention the lack of meaningful content. dogshit.

Really like what's here so far. I'd ignore everyone saying the game is impossible/too hard, since I'm assuming the intent is for the game to be a little challenging and it's far from impossible. I found the difficulty of the doll archer to be just perfect -- I lost once then came back at level 3 and squeaked out a victory, despite missing on one of my turns. Would really like a way to manually leave the mansion, though; exiting the front door warps you to the kitchen/dining area, same as if you went through the west door.
Also, I had a couple soft freezes due to events failing to trigger properly. For instance, talking to the doll archer right before the end of the demo, if you approach her from the right she can't move to the tile she's supposed to since the PC is standing there, so it freezes. Still, very excited, I'll hit up the subscribestar once it's no longer under review.

People are exaggerating. Also maybe the dev wants you to lose to see the defeat scene.
Also, you could potentially level a bit to make the fight even easier, but one of the dumber Reviewers didn't even appreciate the two-classed leveling system.

The only thing I think is that the MC's skill is a bit too luck/risk-based to me.

Anyone know how to get the scene with Triss from the first image?
As usual, you need to lose.

I think, in this case, this scene happens on the third day of training when she introduces lewd attacks. Lose that one, and you get that scene.

am i the only one struggling to find the key?
Yeah, there are literally only 2 sides.. left side for the first key and the right side for the second key. Then enter the middle. Honestly, you shouldn't struggle...

Thank for for feedback everyone, I'm doing my best to tweak gameplay/difficulty and add QoL features.

Regarding updates, I will be posting update v0.0.1a soon (before the month ends), there will be one new h-scene and a bunch of gameplay/quality of life features like gallery or combat speed options. Overall I'll try to update monthly, so version v0.0.2 will happen at the end of February. It'll have finished manor and at least two new h-scenes, more story, recruitable characters etc. etc. The good stuff.

On a side note, I've swapped out my subscribestar link for patreon now, because it doesn't seem like subscribestar wants to contact me any time soon... Despite my insistence. Anyway, you can now support me if you wish.

Hey, updated the game to v0.0.1a based on feedback received here and elsewhere.
Hopefully it is a much more comprehensive experience now, I apologize for v0.0.1 jank and roughness. This is a QoL and gameplay update, but there's a new H-scene to sweeten the deal.

v0.0.2 should come late February, I need time to draw more CG. Do you guys think I should let the game move on ahead and add h-scenes at their own pace? If I only include content that has all the ero-CGs ready, its gonna take a while for the story/gameplay to go anywhere.

I don't mind pushing through content without the h-scenes, but I also know a lot of people do play just for the h-scenes and some people do get mad when the scenes aren't there. If you look at City of Secrets and look through, you can see people complaining about the existence of text scenes while the artist works on the CGs/pixel art scenes. No matter what you should do what you enjoy most. Though, I feel that having text scenes with a fade to black or a WIP image while you draw at your own pace would be a good compromise to maximize the content made.

I think if you do add parts that have no cg it should be clearly separated, as for me I wouldn't want to accidentally stumble into it and get disappointed, so having it mentioned as you try to enter an area without cg, or when you simply finish the content with CG would be good imo. I'm not sure what would be best for content that only has part of its CG, if the content isn't entirely linear and parts without CG can be done before some parts with CG it would be more difficult to warn ahead of time. Would probably be more case by case in those situations. Originally thought there could be two builds, one with and one without the parts without CG, but I'm pretty sure maintaining those separately is a lot of extra work for little gain, so wouldn't recommend it.

I would say take your time for CGs, i think they are the most important part of an adult game and the part i enjoy the most.

And congrats for the game, it feels like a polished experience with attention to details, the commentary of your companion about the busts were unexpected but adds to the experience

The new H-scene was really creative; I liked it a lot.

An H-game without H-scenes isn't really complete, but I think you should do whatever makes development easiest. If that means building the 'skeleton' of the larger game before fleshing it out with CGs and H-scenes, then so be it.

Good game, I like it, just be sure to make suffer more the MC, thank you.

And regarding the h-scenes, IMO develop the story but hold it back until you get the CG
