Mastercard put into effect a new policy regulating adult content sellers that very negatively impacts adult content creators, including AVN creators.
The ACLU has a petition to gauge interest in challenging this content regulation.
Please consider adding your 'signature' to this petition so that the ACLU takes action against Mastercard.
Background:
Mastercard recently put into effect a new policy regulating adult content sellers that very negatively impacts adult content creators (this change impacts more than just adult content creators but my focus is on the F95 community and protecting the ability of creators to continue to develop existing and new content without having to censor the adult content that is part of their story telling).
We see countless AVNs getting abandoned for a variety of reasons but this change by Mastercard, judging us for the pixels we find entertaining, goes beyond even the latest Patreon crusades.
There is no guarantee that the ACLU will find success, but this is A way to show that there is sufficient interest to meet the minimum threshold for the ACLU to get involved.
If we can't be bothered to try to stand up for the rights of the AVN creators who we enjoy, who will?
Thank you for your consideration.
Kind Regards and Cheers!!
