I have to agree that character really doesn't look like anywhere near 37. That's more of a face of someone who is barely into 20's.

It's mostly the eye size that skews things here. Actual adults, even in the pseudo-anime style, have their eyes narrower and smaller, compared to teens and especially children. Here, the face is basically the same as the girls half the supposed "milf's" age.

In my experience adding actual "adult woman" to the ai prompts and excluding stuff like "teen" and "young girl" can help in this regard.

Sophie sacrificed much for the twins, giving up her own dreams as a young woman to ensure her girls dreams came true. Anyways it is already better. She still doesn't seems the twins' 37 years old mother, since she seems more their 29 years old (and very sexy) aunt, but it is a great improvement.
