change the region and language in parametre for japanese and restart your pc

as someone who plays a lot of japanese games, i can only recommend to change ya pc's nonunicode to japanese. there are quite some japanese games that don't work with applocale and actually need a real change in the nonunicode settings.

funny thing: it doesn't fuck up your normal western games or programs at all. only thing that might change are symbols and kanjis being displayed during installation (instead of having special german letter like ä ö ü and so on you will see kanjis) and when ya change your directory installation path (normally you would see those backslashes \ like in this example D:\F95\Adam & Gaia\Patches; but if you change to japanese nonunicode the backslash will be replaced by ￥). that's it ! ^^
oh and if you plug in headphones you will see japanese options instead of ya typical english options.
