For the eyes and teeth try to use postprocessing on it's own and/or with Face Restoration and/or Face Restoration only.
See what gives the best result. There is no fast rule of what works, it depends on your taste and what else you are running, checkpoints, Lora's etc. Go to settings/postprocessing select both GFPGAN and Codeformer and of course press apply.
They will now show up in both txt2img and img2img. You can choose either one by using the visibility slider and set it to 1 or mix them.
Go to settings/Face Restoration for the options of Restoring Faces. I prefer using GFPGAN for postprocessing and atm I also use it for Face Restoration.

Every time you reload the UI or use "send to txt2img" from PNG info etc postprocessing is reset to 0. So you need to verify that the settings are correct, every time you have done anything like reload UI or load a new prompt from PNG Info etc.
For some stupid reason postprocessing is not being transferred with the rest of the settings.
Also don't forget to use the prompt both positive and negative with weight applied to fix details such as eyes and teeth etc.
