Ok so I have a question and would like a bit of advice. I want to create a picture of a shadowy hallway where Darth Vader is emerging from the pitch black darkness the only light source being from his chest panel and his ignited lightsaber...so most of his body would still be in the shadows but his face arm and one leg as he steps out of the shadows would be illuminated by the lightsabers glow.....I think It would make for a bad ass picture but I can't seem to get the right prompt for it..any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thus Far this is the best I have been able to get

The problem is I have never seen AI do good 'darkness', I think they are afraid of it because they want to put light *everywhere*.

But I put your prompt into an generator for Flux as I assumed that would have the best chance of getting more darkness into it ( ) and got the following prompt.

"In a dimly lit corridor of an abandoned spaceship, foreboding shadows dance across the cold, metallic walls, creating an atmosphere thick with tension. From the depths of the oppressive darkness, the menacing silhouette of Darth Vader begins to emerge, his imposing figure cloaked in a flowing black cape that seems to absorb the feeble light. The only sources of illumination are the eerie crimson glow emanating from his ignited lightsaber and the ominous pulse of his chest panel, casting a haunting light that flickers like a heartbeat.

As he steps further into view, the subtle sheen of his polished armor glistens, contrasting sharply with the surrounding gloom. His broad shoulder casts a long shadow that stretches into the void behind him, while one arm, poised confidently with the lightsaber, reveals the intricately designed texture of his gauntlet. The dim light highlights the sharp angles of his masked face, reflecting an expression of ruthless determination.

The air is thick with a palpable sense of dread, and the faint sound of the lightsaber's hum echoes eerily, punctuating the stillness of the hall. Dust motes hang suspended in the air, illuminated momentarily by the flickering light as Vader takes a deliberate step forward, the sound of his heavy boots resonating ominously on the cold floor. Here, in the heart of darkness, every detail—the gleam of his armor, the glow of his weapon, the oppressive silence—announces the fear that follows in his wake."

Which then got me the following results

Still wants to bathe the thing in light. Maybe have to wait on Flux V3 :p

thanks
for telling me who does it
...and that's my point.
You can't even be bothered to give credit, however obvious, who the artist/image creator is.
What's worse is doing it in the forum, "Show us YOUR AI skill", and people will assume the images are created by you.

I haven't seen any of your works but a lot of negative reviews about others

I gave it a shot, here's the results:
vader2.png
My method was to get an initial generation then iterate over it by painting the parts that were too bright with layer of low opacity black. I was basically manually adding shadow then making it regenerate the image with low denoise until I got it pretty dark.

that sounds fantastic except that I am not very smart and the painting over part leaves me clueless. I mean I know where the button is for inpainting but I have no clue what to do with it....btw this picture looks amazing and is exactly what I was looking for
