All depends on what you use. If you're like me and use ComfyUI you can use the node NNLatentUpscale with 1.50 on upscale and the denoise at 0.50 for moderate increase of detail without too much impact on your graphic card. That will be regenerate the image so this will be a bit longer that the initial. With that you can have beautifull image on moderate resolution. Or you can use Krea AI for upscale but I can't really recommend it because you will lost the style that you have chosen.

I will choose Euler A/simple with a CFG at 4.00 for augmented realism but that will also cause some artefact and pale color if you do not use the HighRes technique stipulated above. (here a exemple of what you can do with the checkpoint listed:

And the stable diffusion, is not very good with NSFW if you dot not use Lora, the top is PONY and Illustrious. I personnally recommend Illustrious because he is much simpler to prompt and more beautiful than PONY without Lora... That break my hearts to say this, I have learned on PONY but Illustrious is much better now.
