I liked this one as well, so redid it with Dreamshaper V6 model and some of my inbuilt styles to see what it would look like.



Very nice. Then kicked off a few of my own using the HyperV1 model and your prompt to see how they would look as a more realistic model (while also amending the misspelling of breast so I could get bigger hooters!).

The background is native - the key-out is just some good ol' photoshopping
I work in graphic design professionally for years so either way it is a super simple 3min job, just photoshop masking tools and the built in hair tool will get you quite far; this is what it looks like if I replace the entire background with a Midjourney Background! (I use Midjourney in my works so it's paid for anyway), there are still bits of grey around the hair that, professionally it's not entirely print ready but for demonstration sake here it's good enough

Thought this one was great but the face wasn't to my taste, so ran it through inpaint (and then a seperate inpaint for the woman in the background)

inpainting is great! (love that in the inpainting version the woman in the back also got a face now )
I think for overall skin texture you want to go for img2img + ultimate sd upscaler to iron out the skin artifacts
for the fun of it I also try to redo it entirely with my own take

I added a string of text that I usually use, "RAW, 8k, best quality, masterpiece, intricate details, photorealistic, studio soft light, rim light, vibrant details, ultra detailed, realistic skin texture, detailed face, beautiful detailed eyes, extremely detailed 8k wallpaper" works in most images, but I think the biggest difference is the model. this one I used
