Were the faces individually inpainted or did you somehow generate different-looking girls in one go?
I used wildcards with after detailer so each time the after detailer try to fix a face it'll generate a completely different face, and they came out like this straightaway, no inpainting whatsoever only upscaled - but if im being honest I do find them looking a little bit alike for my liking

My Adetailer went a bit nuts over the last couple of days with wildcards, so I started trying Face Editor

Works very well and seems to amend each face individually if you add the wildcard to the section dedicated to it. Like so :-

Face editor actually sounds perfect for these group images as it allows for multiple face editing!
but after some testing I find the face replacement a little less flexible than adetailer as if the faces are shopped on whereas adetailer tend to do a better job blending in the lighting of the scene and such - notice the square around each face is quite annoying maybe i'd need to tweak the setting a bit more (then again I am using my own mix which is not the best at highres closeup face skin texture and stuff - in favor for more creativity - so use what you think works best for you!) (images comes with png chunk)

worth noting is that it is great for a somewhat consistence faces as you can see the first 4 faces in the two pictures are the same person but bodytype and hair color is something yet to be solve with more than 1 person in the scene unfortunately

I actually haven't played around the new epiCRealism checkpoint and I'm absolutely stunned by how good the skin look even at 648x976
brb I need to include it in my own mix

EDIT: after toying with 5 different realistic checkpoints I finally mixed a checkpoint that I really like,
here's its attempt for similar prompts (see PNG chunk for prompts)

Lovely pic. I know her face, who's the original actress?
Not based on a real life person, just a happy accident, I used aDetailder for the girl thought, and normal inpaint for the guy
Below is the original prompt img, I was just testing different Loras. As you can see, a lot of inpainting was required to fix it :(

I put a "little" more refined version on civitai

From my humble beginnings in my previous attempts, I'm still trying to create my perfect vampire waifu, the one who's going to suck all of my...
This time, with the help of ChatGPT manage to get some crazy prompts.

Prompt:
"Create a stunning photorealistic portrait of a vampire woman with porcelain skin, piercing blue eyes, set in a dimly lit Victorian parlor bathed in warm candlelight. Capture the intricate details of her elaborate Victorian gown, adorned with lace and velvet, as well as the subtle nuances of her expression, conveying both elegance and an underlying sense of danger, convey her timeless beauty and enigmatic allure through meticulous attention to detail and exquisite lighting."

I know it is in the UK, in the USA it is protected unless your trying to make a profit off of it, or incite violence etc.
I don't want to argue with you about this, but in my country you risk severe legal penalties.

If you portray him as a monkey or make him look like he's in prison, it might be taken as a joke, but if you take his clothes off or make him look like he's having sex with someone, you could be legally dangerous.
