Attempting to bring to life a charcoal drawing.


Original image was a charcoal drawing by Patboyqc

Tools used Comfy UI (Local AI image generation)
Gimp

The process took about 50 different image generations and the knowledge of how to blend them in Photoshop.

You can kind of see the progress from a simple colorized drawing that I did in 3 minutes, to the latter evolution using AI and handpainting.

Total Time was about 30 minutes.

Using only image to image and Realiticvison with no adetailer I wondered how many recognizable faces I could get.



It gave me an idea for a universal Lora project where you use daz3d models in various poses to suit the lora (Adult themed if you so desire) and have the same pose with different base skin colors and breast sizes.

Then do an image to image on the appropriate skin color and breast size images.

Add some real photos of the person your trying to train and see what result pops out.

Well that good, as that's the images it was trained on

I figured out with full BF16 and all the new optimizer I can train at 1024 (That model was trained at 512)
Will see if it makes a difference.

Same settings at 1024x1024 and the training is garbage...1.5 is so consistent XL is so...meh
The only thing I can think of is I tried trying tall, wide and square at the same time

I agree with all the top 10 and actually some of the images under mine deserve higher.

I wonder how they chose the winner since the top 6 spots all had 4 votes.
