Dreamscapes & dragonfire is the main model, the others are LORAS, wich are small models,

The hands is painted (or fixed) using another AI tools.

You can watch some youtubes videos, on how to use automatic1111, loras, embeddings, lycoris, inpaint, upscalers,etc
