So, this is extremely rough, but I wanted to try something new. This is an AI generated image that I took into blender, added some geometry, brought into Unity, and added dynamic bones to her breasts. I then exported to the Quest 2 and interacted with her in VR. I'm just learning weight painting, so the breast bones are affecting some other things (and there's some poke through), but I think the concept is interesting.

I could possibly do something and put it on an adult video website. However, you could probably piece this together by finding videos on Blender sculpting, armatures, and weight painting. Then on dynamic bones in Unity (or an equivalent in another platform).
