I have noticed that when using the PONY model, "6-pack" muscles often appear, but if you add 'muscular' to the negative prompts, you can make them disappear.

Well, I mean if you like em toned then that is fine, but this is something I noticed when I didn't want that much muscle, the AI added that anyways

What I also noticed is that if you use Hires, you often get extra navel and other deformations if your denoising strength is greater than 0.4.

That never happened to me. What did happen to me was that the navel did not appear or that it looked like anything but a navel. That stopped happening to me when I started saving the parameters of the bodies I created and that they were good to reuse later with the modifications I needed for the face I was creating
