What I also noticed is that if you use Hires, you often get extra navel and other deformations if your denoising strength is greater than 0.4.

This is natural, as at a higher resolution it becomes more and more distorted, since SD doesn't work correctly at high resolutions. Personally, I use a denoising strength of 0.36, which works very well without adding too much.
