AS to Patreon they are notorious for banning AI artists who sneeze the wrong way. They want your money but they despise your content so they are arbitrary in enforcement of their policies to the dismay of many Devs. You may have better luck than others and shouldn't take what I say as gospel but rather just a PSA to be aware that they are not kind to Devs of adult games.

I was thinking also about Subscribestar but they want before to open that you have a strong community. I'm doing pretty well on Reddit, I did in just 4 days 350 members but I think they are not enough. The hard thing is that it's very hard promote extreme NSFW adult content through the socials for the reasons you have explained before. As I said any advice it's very helpful for me. I would really make this passion profitable in time.

I would recommend you either look for an existing thread on site or start one asking for advice from Devs who frequent this site.
