"So how did your date go?"
AFAIK - Generated AI art can't be copyrighted & Model ownership (especially with excessive merging of other models) are on dubious legal grounds right now..Obviously, you may need to be wary of why it was deleted - it may even have been a copyright strike from the owner of the image rights to a thing (e.g. did you know the Eiffel Tower at night is a copyrighted image? Daytime isn't, but the arrangement of the lights is copyrighted!)
Or, it may have been a polite request from a person being portrayed. The original creator got the polite request and willingly complied, you get the legal notice and associated costs.
I'd advise being just a little careful.
I love the style of her face.. with the hyper realistic approach.
It's not copyrighting of the AI-generated images that's the issue, it's using AI to generate pictures of something/someone whose image rights are controlled and subject to copyright or even trademarks.AFAIK - Generated AI art can't be copyrighted & Model ownership (especially with excessive merging of other models) are on dubious legal grounds right now..
I'm not a lawyer but I don't suspect a Cease and Desist anytime soon. Step one would be civitai just taking down my uploads.

Amazing job..
I want the community to have access to them. It's not copyrighting of the AI-generated images that's the issue, it's using AI to generate pictures of something/someone whose image rights are controlled and subject to copyright or even trademarks.
Certainly Civitai would take them down in the event of them being contacted. Of course, if you set them to Hidden no-one will know about them amd you can use it as an online backup.
Fine, but bear in mind that comes with risks as these have already been taken down once before.I want the community to have access to them.
Yum, I feel thirsty.. badum tss.. You can fix that extra belly button pretty easy with inpaint or in photoshop with fill/content aware and/or the stamp tool, or healing tool etc.
