You can easily remove that extra bb using the same seed and putting 'extra belly button' in negative prompt, without having to edit or remove the prompts.I know, but I like to post unedited images, so one can take inspiration from the prompts used

It's worth a try, it doesn't always work though. This is when using inpaint and other forms of edit comes handy.
There's not reason you can't post the unedited work with spoiler flag to share the prompt with people.
We do this a lot in the learning thread btw..
