Now check out the results after BRSGAN 4x up-scaling and 5 AI predicted frames.
That is going from 360px to almost 1080p
Unfortunately the codec that will fit in the file size limit is not supported by the site.
(The slight jitteryness is do to some of the frames getting out of order do to some bug in the batch processing of the frames during upscaling. I need to get a different batch script.)

This can all be done in Comfy UI, for free.

I am still trying to figure out if the Video tool they included uses the same motion vector DLSS as the full NVidia SDK or if your better off using the Developer tools still.

One limitation with the Was Suite pack is the 1080p limit so you can't use it to upscale videos to 4k
