Open the archive in winrar since you got that. Go down one folder until you see "game"
There is a "game" folder in the game directory, there is a "game" folder in the archive, drag the "game" folder from the archive into the game directory, windows should complain about overwriting files which is a sign you did it correctly, overwrite those files, and enjoy.

Ok, in which folder should the 2 files be placed? Does it go in the Renpy folder or Game folder? Looking at the Renpy folder it at least has folder that mention audio. Though the game says it doesn't have sound, it's a nice addition if can figure out where it would go?

Love the mod, one thing ive noticed is that Morticias voice is usually just Male Mortys voice, seems like her voice is supposed to be based of Mabel Pines from the description (going off day 1 havent played all 39 yet)
Did you download both archives?
After extracting RMAWH-r4.0-pc.zip, navigate to that folder where "RMAWH.exe" is located.
There is a sub-folder called "game"
Open RMAWH-r4.0-pc-AIVOICES-Alpha.rar, navigate to the sub-folder "game", and extract this where "RMAWH.exe" is located.
If done correctly it's going to want to overwrite "game\scripts\story" with the scripts from AI-Voices. 42 Files with identical names in identical locations. It will also add a sub-folder under "game" called "Audio-DLC" and an audio file "main-menu-theme.ogg".
To recap that folder where "RMAWH.exe" is located has a sub-folder called "game"
This mod is adding and changing files in that "game" folder.
Some of those files need to be overwritten which if you want it to work then do so.
The mod doesn't have the rpyc files, those will be recompiled when "RMAWH.exe" is run.
Attached is a slightly better version of options.rpy since the one in the OP didn't de-comment define config.main_menu_music = "main-menu-theme.ogg"
While I was editing it figured I would put a marker in the game name to show the mod is in use and add info to the about section.
Here is what the "game" sub-folder should look like with everything already done.
A mega link with most of it already done plus some slight alterations. Most noticeable is simply blanking out "game\gui\overlay\main_menu.png" to remove the black bar. Why no black bar and some credit? It's an easy way to see if someone used the mod correctly or just threw it somewhere the game doesn't care about.
