That is a file for making the voices, not the voices themselves (at 4kb, that would be some crazy compression magic!). It doesn't look like the link is live yet for the voices.

Already downloaded the mod, great as always, the only bad thing is that Morticia, calls Morty Morticia too in the audios

So far I've used fakeyou api to get the voices. The plan is, to use some other form of cloning the voices(there are a few ideas in this thread). Add moans etc. but then again i still don't have a computer.

It clearly says the mod is for version r4.0P7 only, not older or newer versions.

You're thinking of version r4.1 which, again, is different than r4.07 which is the only compatible version.
