Looks like an extra step may be needed, not sure if this is a Windows 11 exclusive problems. My BepinEx initial run would stop on the first step with a system access violation. Found this

Two things:
1) Did you run the registry fixer file that came with the download of the game?
- If you did, go to #2.
- If you didn't, run it as administrator and try again. If it still doesn't work, go to #2.
2) Delete everything, re-extract the game and try running it without mods.
- If it runs with no mods, then your issue is with how you applied the mods (something was done incorrectly).
- If the game doesn't run without mods, then there's something else wrong. You'll want to check event logs in Event Viewer to make sure the game didn't crash.
Some of us have been using that GoFile version. I've been running it without issue, scans are clean and mods are working with BepinEx ILL2CP version. Do your thing.

The game does require a network connection at first run. Found that out when I ran it RAW without any mods. I initially had my network disconnected, but it screamed at me as it requires you to accept a user agreement.
The game run without mods. When I extracted the game, I extracted BepinEx and I had launch the game, and after that I extracted the autounitytranslator and the game launch normally but without BepinEx launching. I will delete everything and try again.

You can to a degree. In the screen where you change the class seating, there's a tab or something off to the right where it lets you see the NPC. There's a button in there to change their clothes.
I haven't tried it yet, but something is there.
I can say the games is good, better then HC and SVS, it actually makes me want to play it, now to wait for some mods and plugins
Run .exe and extract on whichever place you want > open extracted folder > either run the update.exe and choose the game's root directory to install the update, or open the update folder and move "defaultdata" and "lib" folders to root directory > profit!
