Art by AKR also known as Degree Zero (or 0°C). I don't really know anything about this artist other than they're Japanese and seemed to only be active in the mid to late 2000s. For years I thought the artist name was Kurozuonsen but that appears to just be the title of an image set. Nearly all of their art is of early 2000s Fighting game girls, particularly Dead or Alive, Virtua Fighter and Tekken.
