When will they update it? it's already pretty late....like they were going to release it on 10th (Delayed) it again delayed Monday (13th) still no update, A single bug fix doesn't take so much of a time

No information yet. And its not a bug fix, they were missing both scenes and text to go along with it to my understanding.
My guess is we will here something either soon, or later tonight.

I'm not going to the hospital today, gonna push out the last scene of the patch and release it later tonight

To be honest, outside of the "update is late" thing, it's fairly noticeable that the game has problems on the writing/scripting side. The art output despite some middling pieces and weird "inspirations" is solid (and huge compared to other games!), and they got a good team with good standards. What is noticeable is that despite scenes with frankly simple writing (one can't compare a FI scene to some of the endless - and sometimes outright hilarious - scenes in Jap games, the difference is massive and they are usually 6-7 times longer even for lesser Jap devs) and simple scripting the updates manage to be slow and the bug testing non-existent, as the last several updates at release were quite a mess of broken scripts and borked scenes.
This suggests that a good road to take would be to diversify even the scripting\writing, like they did with the art. Starting with maybe an effective bunch of playtesters and helpers. It's RPGMaker after all. Not having to rely on Starke for everything bar the art could avoid such problems, and I doubt he would fail to find people amongst his followers.
Of course, the cruel reality could be that such a thing would require effort and it's fairly easier to build half-assed scripting with art done by others, throw it to the Patreons and then fix the bugs when the public does the testing. Aw.

Not everyone can stay at the hospital with their loved ones whenever they want.
There is something called visiting hours, and if the person in question can't get there due to the traveltime being a hinderance, then not always can you be there for those times.
My grandmother who recently passed away, only had my sister be there with her during her last hours, as my father and his brothers was away when her condition went from bad to worse.
You can't always be there for the ones you love, and you can't always drop everything to go.
Wherever or not Starke is lying on the subject on his father having cancer and now sepsis, is something I cannot comment on however, as I do not know anything about Starke to confirm or deny it.
My belief is that it's real, as lying about something like that serious would be too morbid for me to really consider a option.

Also, how did no one notice before Clarke's route was broken?
Issac deleted a tab by mistake last patch, you can't run that route at all in 0.91
We had to go find an old 0.89 version to get that tab back

I think that have allready been mentioned to him earlier, and I would personally not mind saying that exact word to him again.
He needs some help, playtesters, writers, scripters... he is pretty much alone on this and uses way to much time on it and it all depends on him. If he is sick or whatever, then we will have a delay... if there are huge bugs as we have seen before.. delays.
However I also think its hard for them to find people who wanna help for free.... and therein is the problem.
But yeah... I completely agree with you.
Game is delayed, conveniently his father is now "dying". He's apparently "better now" he didn't want to go to the hospital though, to see his near death father, he would rather work on his porn game. Whether you believe him or not I leave up to you.
He said earlier, it would be released today, in discord, now it's 12 more hours, so looking more like middle of night (EU time) so it will probably be out by morning. Hopefully his brother can make it through the night without any mystery illnesses striking.
