Unfinished and fundamentally broken. I got to a point in the game where I was just straight up got locked out of further progression. The condition the game is in would be dire if it were just a regular kinetic style or traditional style VN, but the fact its open world makes this intolerable to play. And the open world aspects themselves are not engaging or coherently designed at all. Where am I supposed to go? What are my goals? What am I supposed to do? What are these stats even for? The game can't be bothered so neither should you.
Aesthetically, the models are decent if not dated, with below average lighting. There's also a great deal of graininess to the renders. The visuals all feel like placeholders.
The writing is a bit strange but serviceable. There are some very strange continuity issues where some characters act like they have never met you at all despite them clearly meeting you before. There is also no lore to speak of, which is utterly bizarre given the whole allure of scifi/fantasy is the world building and cool technology.
The only real plus I can give the game is that its very bi-friendly...but that hardly matters when the sex scenes are brief and lack eroticism. This is clearly a very unfinished, unpolished demo, and as such should be ignored until further development is completed. Disappointing.
