That's windows blocking it because it doesn't know what it is, the download comes up as clean for me after allowing download, I've seen loads of games doing the same thing as what you said on this website and every single time they've been false positives

The mission was "Enemy Within". Half of sci-fi media include the concept of using the vents as a safe place to grow an alien nest, but the hiding and caught mechanics in this game are also similar to that mission.
What a blast from the past. There's a game frequently(-ish) updated on this site that makes me think about this one all the time (and maybe another one, but maybe my memory is just separating between playing the untranslated and translated releases), but I could never remember the name of it.
