Same bug, it seems the medical room is bugged. Consistently spawn the duplicated alien in each restart. Once you hide in vent or bushes, you can't get out once you trigger this bug

The duplication should be fixed in the latest update (0.83)
The nest event is the end of the demo, you should just interact with the nest and end the game.
