I meant a different thread within the board. I'm not sure if Business of Loving has any incest pregnancy in it, and there are already a lot of threads asking that exact same question.

You get your mom pregnant and there's a few scenes after that. But the game never got updated past that. It has a very similar style to Insexual Awakening.

Made by the same dev but there is a big difference between the two.
Potion making is about the same and the dating and sex are very close to each other.
I recommend you play Power first to get use to it before playing Conquest.

Nope no genetic damage as far as I can tell and I have had 12 in a roll so far.
