Apocalyptic World. It's an HTML based game with a fair amount of gifs and some AI images in it, impregnation is not the main focus of the game because there's plenty of other stuff you can do besides fuck the girls you find but it does have a harem and slave management style to your cabin/town that you build over time, it's still being developed but has a pretty decent amount of fleshed out content as it is.
Now onto the incest. There is basically only Father/Daughter in it with you being the father of any children you have from women you get pregnant. But you can continually impregnate your daughters over and over again on down the line, there are certain fetish traits that your daughters may or may not receive depending on the traits of the mom. Ex: Girl has cumslut anal slut and breeder traits the daughter may get one of those 3 traits.
All in all a pretty decent game for html with a fun incest mechanic for continually impregnating daughters granddaughters great granddaughters ad infinitum similar to Adam and Gaia kind of only you can insert your own custom images into the npc profile where you see there name and sex stats and general stats etcetera. I give it a solid 8 out of 10.
