im looking for any games with pirate themes or just pirates in general, even if its just a small part of the game, only preferences i have is i woud like either games with gay content or games with a femboy or female protagonist, maybe cuckold games will do too if they let me be submissive enough

you could try using other pirate-y keywords in latest updates search, like sea(s), waters, sail, captain, etc.
go to https://f95zone.to/forums/games.2/ and use search for "pirate" using "search titles and first posts only" (will return game threads with the word in either the title or the description, though it will also catch unsatisfying stuff like a mention of a cosplay pirate hat in the changelog)
