Welcome to the development thread for All Inclusive at Resort Paradise, an adult-oriented management game where workplace tension, erotic escalation, and visual storytelling blend into a reactive scenario-driven experience.


You play as Lena, a resort employee whose daily tasks, focus, and productivity are constantly disrupted by supernatural visitors and unexpected events.
The goal is to maintain workflow, manage your momentum, and navigate increasingly erotic situations as you progress through each level.


This thread will document the evolution of the project and showcase progress as new systems, art, and scenarios are developed.

Current Development Focus

I’m building a polished vertical slice before expanding into additional levels featuring new characters, environments, and escalating scenario complexity.
This includes:

– lightweight management gameplay
– dynamic UI elements
– pacing and momentum systems

Progress Update – Art Direction, Scenario Polish & Early Teasers

Level 1 is now fully playable, and over the last days I’ve been focusing on polishing pacing, transitions, and overall flow. The core loop is beginning to reflect the tone and rhythm I originally envisioned, so I’m sharing a small update to showcase some of that progress.

To avoid spoiling the full CG sequence, I’m only showing two cropped teasers.
These focus on atmosphere, some of the works on UI, and the narrative mood of the scenario rather than explicit content.

The CG set for Level 1 currently includes 16 images covering multiple states and reactions as the scenario escalates. My goal is to blend lightweight management gameplay with reactive visual storytelling, where player decisions influence pacing and tone.

Recent work has focused on:
– refining UI clarity and feedback
– adjusting event duration and momentum pacing
– polishing transitions between CG states
– strengthening the personality and flow of the first scenario


The first public demo will feature Level 1 as a complete, self-contained slice of gameplay: a full loop, dynamic event reactions, and a defined end goal that sets the foundation for the rest of the project.

For the first release, the content focuses on a mix of management gameplay and light fantasy erotica. Since F95 requires tagging only what is already in the game, the current planned/available tags are:


Technical:
2DCG, 2D Game, Female Protagonist


Sexual Content:
Oral Sex, Vaginal Sex, Masturbation, Teasing, Groping, Male Domination, Monster, Monster Girl


Non-Sexual Content:
Fantasy, Management, Simulator


More tags will be added later as new levels introduce additional mechanics and scenarios, but for now I’m only listing what’s already present in Level 1.
