All NSFW games on Itch are now hidden by default.

You would have the same payment processor issue. I am actually glad steam has been hit. Might mainstream attention. While itch.io or this site will get none.
steam is pretty much the ONLY place that could try to launch an independent payment processor, or potentially legally fight this
unfortunately, the cost:benefit ratio isnt in that favour likely due to the fact that for now its only certain games being banned, this both means not losing that much money to be worth fighting this, and, support for them is low since youd just be countered with
"why do you want rape and incest games?"
we have to wait for it to get worse before we get support.

Crypto? I can't think of anything else dlsite already does it too
Crypto would be an alternative but it is way harder to use for a regular person than Visa/MC, is known to be volatile, has a bad rep and for those who care is definitely not eco-friendly compared to the alternatives.

And even with all these negatives it is still the best option because Visa/MC are known to threaten to cut ties with anyone considering alternatives processors.

So maybe crypto and new websites are the future but devs would so nowhere near the same amount of sales than they currently do.

speaking of dlsite they also have their own points system
which can be bought from retailers through gift cards
i'm buying a lot of them points and i can use vpn to access dlsite

but there will be a problem if they add playdrm protection
that shit can bypass vpn and prevent the license key from being processed
if your country is blocked because of woke/left fascist...

They may not have had anyone report him until now or are only getting to older report(s). They rely on reports and have inadequate staffing. They don't usually proactively review content, trusting creators to be honest (and not actively caring as long as they get their cut).

Using IP without permission is strictly against site rules... Patreon, Subscribestar, Itch, Steam, etc.
You said it yourself - they dont really give a sh*t (about their own ToS) as long as they get their cut.

If Subscribestar were so concerned with IP related questions how come they host literally hundreds of similar artists, some even going into way harsher kinks like gore with those original IP models? I mean literally the whole 3D NSFW anim sector was built on animations starring iconic video game heroines like Lara Croft or Samus Aran, girls from Overwatch, Resident Evil, Dead or Alive etc. etc.

I'd add: both companies dont give a sh*t as long as they get their cut and nobody with power tells them to stop it.
Proof: Patreon just kicked 0zman off a few days ago and he's making almost the same animation content as 26RegionSFM.
I just feel sorry for these talented artists having to trust in such unreliable platforms as their main source of income.

I think the play drm only help the game, once you buy it , you can access the game

I've raised a ticket. Basically it was removed because of incest tag so i removed that now.
raised a ticket for what? you had the incest tag because the game has incest... yes? removing the tag is not grounds for appeal.

To be honest, it's strange that before Collective Shout started bothering credit card companies, they didn't take any action, but now it's suddenly damaging their reputation. A few ugly old hags managed to convince credit companies that they are the majority and we are just a handful of weirdos whose opinion does not matter and they can do whatever they want.

For the people in the US and AUS those phone numbers might be usefull. If a bunch of feminists can harass them to make these changes, maybe we can too.
