And folks, that's why you get DRM-free games and store all of them locally (talking about games in general, but applies to R18 too).
Even when buying games on Steam, I encourage people to use free open-source tools like Goldberg Steam Emulator and Steamless to remove Steam authentication requirement and DRM from all games you can, and archive them locally.
Btw, this may even apply to places like f95 at some point.
Maybe, but they'd need to go about it legally since threats about pulling out don't make sense, as F95 already cannot use those payment processors anyway.
I'm still shocked how most businesses in the world still rely on like 2 or 3 online payment processors, no wonder they feel like they can do anything and own the world. How the fuck did people expect this was going to end?
Honestly at this point I don't know how there aren't more payment processors. Like I understand it must be hard and costly, but it's like everyone in the world just accepted those payment processors like they're some kind of natural phenomenon that you just have to deal with.
I guess crypto is a thing, but hard for it to become anything other than a niche shady method for back-handed deals with how its reputation has pummeled over the years because of scams...
