However, as you can see, their audience doesn't take interest on it that much... since the app is practically dying with only 1 update each year or two.
is this the only book made by choice of games where the mc is explicitly gay? im guessing all th rest have female mc or choose your gender. any refernces at all to the mc about being gay? and i suppose i cant exactly ask for gay sex in any of the rest of their books, can i?

I don't know that their audience doesn't take that much interest in it - back when Heart's Choice was first announced and the first few games came out it got lots of attention. We all wanted to see more games on that platform, but their release schedule going forward was few and far between even after the start-up. I think the fault really lies with the fact that they only allow their proven Choice authors to write games for Heart's choice (rather then regular writers, who have to stick with Hosted titles - I know because I personally asked when it first came out, and it's quite restrictive iirc), and those authors probably aren't as interested in writing for Heart's Choice because Choice and Hosted apps already have such a massive audience.
Yes, in terms of a gay MC and gay sex, this is the only game that has it so far. They were planning on more (iirc there was one revolving around tennis or something) but I haven't heard about those in ages. There is/was also meant to be a sequel to this game, but I haven't heard word about that for a long time either.
They have a steady flow of an update at first like many of the books are supposed to release once a month but then after seeing the lack of audience and engagement thus resulting in low payment, a lot of the authors withdrew their books and an example is Souls Unguarded by Campbell that is supposed to release last year on august but the release date removed and there is a receipt in Twitter showing a conversation between the author and heart choice staff. Also, it is actually a yes and no for who the writer is. There are choice authors but they also collaborated with the author that has released a book on Amazon, changing the linear story into a choice game and yup one of those books is this one, all world pro wrestling that is adapted from Rowdy Armstrong series.

Doubt it's going to be as graphic as this one, but the Soul Stone War is as explicit as the author feels they can get away with on Hosted Games. 2 male ROs, 2 female, which can all be romanced separately or as part of one of the three poly routes. One with the two guys, one with the two girls, and one with one of each. Plus, a secret RO who is male.
As of book 1, only one of the ladies has a sex scene, but at least one of men gets theirs in book 2, which is out in January. There's also a couple of one night stands in book 2, one is male and another is a shapeshifter so is gender selectable.
Again, not anywhere near as explicit as this, but still pretty hot.
Is there a way to go back at all? or even a way to edit a save? Ive never seen a cyoa type game without the ability to go back OR save

That is just how most 'choice of games' games are.
Their reasoning is that they want people to truly immerse themselves into the game and make a really careful decision.
But if you just want to restart, there should be a restart option as shown in the screenshots on the main page of this thread.
I feel like the number of times choosing the largest available dick size is detrimental in these games is effectively a negative number.
The biggest dick, not the Monster, you miss 2 or 3 scenes if you have a medium/small penis
do you know any other one that is graphic or like this? The only one I like (not graphic, but sort of have romantic interest and can cuck your lover) is War for the West which I am still waiting the sequel for T^T

I don't think anything is this explicit, unfortunately. I think there's one called Cyberpolice that's still only in the demo phase that has a detailed sex with lots of choices, that may be worth keeping an eye on.
