There is a new tentacle to left just after the green door. Right clicking on it activates a game over for the secret ending. Not sure where to get the animation for it, but here is the full save. Goes in \AppData\Local\AlluringLullaby

found the 8th animation. You need to kill around 6 enemies then go to the tentacles to unlock it. If you have under 6 then you just get the secret ending.

Technically the main character just becomes stronger when having sex and killing creatures and at the end of the game she gets "judged" by the minotaur, but I didn't know how to explain in the page that you get different outcomes depending on how "badly" you behave so I used the term corruption by stretching the definition a bit
