Just replayed Season 1, using the mod and several scenes are locked. 6 to be exact. Also towards the end there are about 10 to 12 errors you have to move past.

HI JGNeon i am late to this game since its been couple months since last update but mod is not working right first choice in S2 speak with majhel or jaden and mod option both only play majhel conversation then move on without showing jaden part (i play compressed and patched version)
i dont expect you to fix it now prob dont even have that game in pc just maybe look into it when next update come out thx

only, following it, doesn't unlock these scenes through a playthrough

It does if you click at the top right, where it says "Unlock Scenes".
When it shows them all, that changes to "Lock Scenes", allowing you to revert.
