Just tried a fresh install, built "The Question" no issues.
Did you use SDK_Link.bat? This may cause issues in some instances.

I'm having trouble with extraction from 7.5.0, I believe it is possible to extract from 8.0.0 but then I haven't had much time to try it out.

That's a WIP in my 0.4.1 compressor. Testing at the moment, it auto detects the RenPy version.Try version 12
You're better off using 7.5.0.242n as this fixes a number of known bugs.
You could make it work with 7.4.11 with a number of edits.

there is a limit with the size of the game, because i am trying to compile the Mythic manor game with its translation,

Size limit for APK is the standard 2Gb. (really wish it wasn't)

5.1 to 12, from memory I don't think there's any issues with 13 either but I've not tested against a recent 13 virtual device.

I haven't built this for 8.0.1 yet, as there have been a number of changes since 8.0.1 I was ready to wait for 8.0.2.
If you're already building with 8.0.1 your best bet would be to have this installed as a stand alone and set it up to build from the directory your main game folder is.
I'll look into updating this weekend if I have a chance.
