I tried how you wrote it didn 't help the gate didn 't open, write the colors of the crystals and the order of the numbers for them.

Keep the crystal code from the left to the right . first crystal ( 2 ) second crystal ( -1 ) third crystal ( 1 ) and fourth crystal ( -2 )

Drop the save file to your desktop and download the new version of the game, go into the game and exit it and go to the www file there is a save folder and throw your save there.
