Seeking Am Looking for a game

I am looking to find a game it was a brother and sister who were living by themselves (don`t remember where the parents were) he tried to teach her to swim and ride a bike you could help her study and spend time watching movies , I believe either an aunt or family friend came to help around the house
I remember him watching her shower while cleaning outside sorry so vague but it has been couple of years since i lost the game due to older computer harddrive conking out

It's this game called Tangled Up. It's about a brother and sister who are at home cuz mom is off on some trip. There's a co-worker of the mother's that stops by to check on them. In the meantime, he can help her learn to swim, ride a bike, study for school, watch movies and stalk her when she is in the shower.
