Money and resources are more a pain to get a hold of than ever before, the town is painted as huge with virtually nothing in it, and creation isn't as fun as the the game before it. The Union system is fun, but ties you in a bit. The child Kuna can either be delightful or grating, and some of the characters feel a bit more shallow than in the first game. All that said, solid game, good combat and exploration, and a fine game in its own right. Strongly recommend the first game both as a superior experience and as having important context for this game.
