Same old shit! They get everyone's hopes up with a new project and hype the development to the moon, only to release the version 1 of the game that has nothing of note in it then it's all down hill from there with each update because each update corrupts more and more coding, and the updates become fewer and longer away as they can't meet the dead lines while they lose interest in working on the game a year in and then the patrons rightly so start complaining about paying for nothing!

The creators either just "let it ride" and mooch money off the people dumb enough to keep paying for no product or they flat out rage quit because they don't wanna deal with customer complaints anymore because THEY, THE CREATOR made lofty promises and can't live up to them!

I swear, there are probably 200 games that went this way in the past 20 years!
