Ren'Py - Amidst Hearts: One Amongst Five [v0.1.6b] [Amidst Hearts]

Love the MILF, keep it coming. Great effort and attractive use of AI. Great pacing, tease & curves.. good fap game if you are looking for the better AI games out there. No Grinding pure fun. Recommended

One of those proof of concept level Patreon games. It barely has anything content wise. As of this review I think it has 3? Will change review as time goes on but for now it's a 3/5 for me. One thing they have that is nice is fully live2d animated avatars. Otherwise not much going for it. The AI CG are well done but the writing is pretty average. Scenario is pretty boring as well just literally you are now homeless and some single mom takes you in who has like 3 daughters, oh and you are a guccithreeleg. Each update adds very little so it might be a good idea just not playing this game for a year.

edit: oh and they added ai voice acting. It's terrible turn off the volume on it.

AI CG has always been hit or miss for me. I was weary about going into this game and while there's definetly some good and bad, I'll be coming back for future updates.

Reviewing as of v0.1.5b

Pros:

• The main heroines are all big-tittied girls (may be a minus if you like flat girls)
• There is a gallery built-in, it is not operational right now
• There's a walkthrough built-in if you go to the computer
• Only 2 h-scenes right now and they are decent. SFX are good too
• Around 30 minutes to complete

Cons:

• Linear and not much to do right now, but should be fixed with more updates. Also the plot is very basic. Hope it gets expanded upon.
• Only one main girl and one side girl has an h-scene right now
• Some grammar issues
• Weird how only a couple things/characters are voiced and not the entire cast of characters.

Conclusion:

There's some good and some bad, but try this game out and see if it is your cup of tea. The groundwork has been built for the game and things are starting to pick up so now's a good time to try it out.

reviewing v0.1.5:
Story: quite too good to be true , but i like the direction the story took , pretty well written and has potential , i hope it doesn't become boring on the long term , but i am confident the writer is up for something interesting
Art: AI art obvious , coherent and pretty cute , i like it and i'd like to see more
gameplay: it's just a simple VN for now , you can navigate the world and all which is cool , i like the UI as well , but some optional puzzles can make things more interesting on the long run.
No grind at all for now
there's an animated scene , which wasn't very good in my opinion , i know making animations is pretty hard , but i'd say images with screen effects implying movement and all is way better than an average quality animation.
Overall it's a solid game , i love it and i would love to see the next versions

This is a pretty decent game, YES, this has AI, but unlike other games in this one the dev took the time to make the characters look coherent both in proportions and faces, meaning the characters don't have a different face in every scene.

The story is simple, and it's very similar to a generic harem anime, maybe this is the weakest point, not to mention that it's a sandbox, something that will make many people cry, however, it looks promising.

Recommended if you're not anxious about anything that has to do with AI or sandbox and you want to spend some time with something simple.
